No budget. No fancy design. Just a face – and it worked.

A few days ago, I passed a streetlamp with a real estate ad taped to it.

And it made me smile. Why?

Because instead of the usual anonymous corporate design, they went with something different: A cut-out of the agent’s face.

Smiling. Approachable. Authentic.
