What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this website. Work we do for clients is governed by the service agreement we sign with each client, not by this page. Where the two differ, the service agreement applies.

Our content

The text, images, design and brand on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read it, print it and link to it. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission. Client names, quotes and results appear with each client's permission and may not be reused.

What you send us

What you send us through the contact form or by email stays yours. You give us permission to use it to reply, to prepare a proposal and to keep a record of the conversation. We treat it as confidential. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal data in it.

Accuracy and availability

We keep the site accurate and current as best we can, but content may be out of date or contain errors, and the site may be unavailable at times. Results we describe are those clients' results, not a promise of yours. Nothing on the site is professional advice; decisions you take based on it are your own. To the extent Swedish law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or its unavailability. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

Links to other sites

Links to other sites are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle data.

Use of the site

Do not use the site in a way that damages it, interferes with others' use of it or breaks the law, and do not copy it with automated tools.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.

Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of that country's mandatory rules and may bring a claim there.
